WNPR Interview CT Public Radio Interview/Prentice Barn Concert

This past weekend, Hevreh Ensemble presented their Northwest Connecticut CD Release concert for our new album A Path of Light, at the renowned sculptor Tim Prentice’s West Cornwall Barn. The warm audience helped us welcome our guest artist, Tabla player Naren Budhkar. In addition to joining Hevreh on several pieces, the audience was also treated to a demonstration about the Tabla. Naren appears on our recording on the title track: “ A Path of Light”.

Jeff and Judith recently spoke about the concert and the use of Native American Flutes in Hevreh’s music in an interview for WNPR CT Public Radio on Morning Edition with host Diane Orsen.
